How to Enable or Disable E-mail Notifications

E-mail notifications are alerts from FanFever sent directly to your e-mail. These alerts may be sent in the following cases:

- When there is a promotion on the platform
- When you add funds to your account
- When you receive a direct message
- When a producer whose FanClub you subscribe to starts a live stream
- Information about a FanClub subscription
- Important platform notifications.

You can choose in which cases you want to receive e-mail alerts. To do so, go to your Settings > Notifications by E-mail and toggle on (green) the switches for the occasions you want to receive e-mail notifications. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, make sure all the switches are toggled off (gray). Click on Save to complete the process.
